The engineer visited the house this passed Wednesday to evaluate what needs to be done with the foundation, following the plumbing corrections made earlier this week.
He will submit his plans to the GC on Monday. We will receive documentation on the entire process.
Meanwhile, bath tubs have been ordered and are expected to arrive on Monday.
Additionally, the GC has ordered HVAC, top in plumbing and electrical work to begin next week.
Siding hasn't been confirmed but should take place somewhere in the next couple of weeks.
